With a good amount of advance planning including timing, accomodation, etc, I may be able to come and base myself near your UK home for your birth and/or antenatal/postnatal care. Outside the UK – well, maybe! I still don’t fly (because of climate change) but I love trains, buses and boats. In different countries the laws as to whether and how a midwife can practice will vary.
